INTERIOR PAINTING
1. Environment Preparation.
Items are carefully repositioned in the room and secured from possible damage. Everything including floors are covered and protected with durable and clean sheeting and/or drop cloths.
2. Surface Preparation.
If surfaces of walls, ceilings, decks, etc, bear imperfections we will fill, prep, stain and lovingly restore according to your specifications.
3. Paint.
We apply the best and safest paint products to achieve excellent results. But what makes our paint process extra special is by adding a touch of our PBM magic to produce those results that will always make you impressed.
4. Clean Up.
Items removed are replaced with utmost care. Floors, carpets and general work area is cleaned and all of our equipment removed.
5. Inspection.
A quality-control inspection is immediately executed following the job completion and only given approval after all standards are met.
6. Walk-Thru
Our trusted project supervisor then walks through the whole project with you and invites you to comment as he points out the quality result. Achieving your satisfaction is our most important step of this process. |

EXTERIOR PAINTING
1. Wash & Clean.
To ensure a perfect surface for painting, all areas will be pressure washed or hand washed.
2. Surface Preparation.
Per your directions, all loose paint is scraped, all glossy areas are sanded and all holes and cracks are caulked for a perfect finish result.
3. Paint.
We apply the best and safest paint products to achieve excellent results. But what makes our paint process extra special is by adding a touch of our PBM magic to produce those results that will always make you impressed.
4. Clean Up.
It is important to us that your place doesn't look like a work site at the start, middle and finish of the project, so we take care to clean up as we go along.
5. Inspection.
